I arranged to upgrade to Sky Q. When the Sky engineer came out he refused to get up to the existing dish and tried to tell me we would need a new dish but it could only be located in an unsightly place on the front of my property. I was not happy with this so I spoke to Ashley to see if he could help. Without hesitation, he came out to do a site survey and was able to put the new dish in the same location as the old one which Sky would not do!
He went out of his way and I was very pleased with the end result. So everything Sky could not do he did. Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend him in the future.
